What: NAIDOC Family Day and flag raising is the official opening of NAIDOC Week in the ACT. It is an alcohol free event, and the main focus of the day is on families and children. There are lots of activities for the kids throughout the day, stalls, Indigenous entertainment, and a free BBQ lunch. It is a wonderful opportunity for the ACT Indigenous community to come together, yarn up and celebrate what NAIDOC means to Indigenous people.
